Dr. Glenn Williams

After 6 years working for a multinational company in sales, Glenn filled a variety of leadership roles over the next 20 years. From being the CEO of several start-up organizations in Australia, heading up the global operations of an NGO as their COO based in the U.S, and working in the trenches as a psychologist in humanitarian and welfare organisations, these have all contributed to shaping his perspectives on leadership.

In 2010, he started Outward Looking International, a global leadership development and consulting firm focused on empowering leaders and organizations to grow their leadership capacity.

He has spoken to a wide range of audiences all over the world on leadership, marriage, parenting and family issues, and made keynote presentations to the Beijing Family Forum in China (2008) and the United Nations in New York.

In 2013, Glenn completed a Doctorate of Ministry in Leadership & Global Perspectives through George Fox University (Portland, OR), researching the importance of virtues in different cultures and how their absence or presence in a leader can impact their effectiveness and an organization’s bottom-line.

Glenn lives in Queensland, Australia, and is married to Natalie, and they have three children. He is the author of Talking Smack – Who’s Talking to Your Kids About Drugs And Alcohol if You’re Not? and co-authored Your Marriage Can Survive a Newborn (available in 7 languages) with Natalie.
